The city of Hallandale, Amunategui Chiropractic Center and local merchants came together for a Car Wash at City Hall on Friday Oct, 30th to benefit  Michael Brewer, who has burns on over 65 percent of his body after a group of teens poured rubbing alcohol on him and set him on fire.
