Dorothy Ross

Cheyanne Manchac, (pictured with her mother Jacky Manchac) received a $500 scholarship from the President of the Dottie Ross Foundation Dr. Joseph Amunategui II, DC . The foundation is a subsidia memorial 501c3 set up to honor Dorothy Ross, a long time member of the Kiwanis of Hallandale Beach. She was also a two-time Mayor and 10 year city commissioner of Hallandale Beach, Florida.
